Payment Timing
- Monthly membership: the first payment is taken at sign-up, and thereafter automatically on the same day each month.
- Drop-ins, events and merchandise: payment is taken at the time of order.
Service Delivery
- Monthly membership: begins immediately upon successful payment (the current month is paid in advance).
- Drop-ins and events: delivered on the date specified at the time of booking.
- Merchandise: dispatched within 7 business days of payment.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
- Monthly membership: you may cancel at any time up to the day before your next renewal date. Access continues to the end of the current month. Given the nature of the service, we do not pro-rate refunds for the current month. If we cancel a session, we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund of that month’s fee.
- Drop-ins and events: cancellations made at least 3 days before the date are refunded in full. Cancellations after that point, and non-attendance on the day, are not refundable. If we cancel due to severe weather or similar, we refund in full.
- Merchandise: given the nature of the goods, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
